‘Shoresy’ star Keilani Rose recovering at home after being shot last month

Keilani Rose, one of the stars of the LetterKenny spin-off show Shoresy, is recovering back home in Prince George, after being shot in the chest back in July.
The actress posted an Instagram video updating fans of her recovery process on Tuesday.
According to reports, Rose was being dropped off by a friend at her apartment in Los Angeles, when two individuals pulled up in a vehicle and fired a pistol.
The bullet hit Rose in the chest. She was then rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital and was given immediate emergency care for the fractured ribs and collapsed lung. After undergoing two blood transfusions, Rose was then transferred to the ICU where her condition miraculously improved.
She is expected to make a full recovery.
In addition to acting, Rose is also a classically trained dancer, DJ and producer. The 30-year-old’s biggest role to date has been as ‘Miigwan’ in Shoresy. Rose is from the Lheidli T’enneh native band, near Prince George. She splits her time between Vancouver and Los Angeles.
